用途Application

各种载带，盖带材料PS，PC，PET，PVC等精密分切 

特点Features

※卷取动力部分：两个卷取马达配合主机马达做三马达连动控制，主机马达隔断放料及收卷马达控制张力，成品张力稳定，外观美观。

※Main Motor: Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web rewind tension control which automatically, increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.

※卷取机构部分：卷取摇臂采用气动连动控制平衡，卷取时可自动调节接触压力。接触压力可自行设定。本机也可以选配间断式导轮卷取，更广泛分切其它材料。

※Rewind Device: Horizontal control on rewind shaft arm is by air automatic adjustable; contacting pressure can be set on request.

※电机控制部分：操作界面采用LCD触控屏，可直接在屏幕上设定各种卷取条件及运转状况。控制部分采用可程式控制器进行机械动作控制，备有自我检测系统，机器故障时可自行诊断故障原因。

※Electricity Device: Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length…etc. Central control system is as PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our computer by telecom line for instant check and service.

※辅助放料装置：材料卷出时经过表面压轮，可使材料更平顺，并降低噪音（适用于粘性材料）

※Using double surface type roller by air control can get smooth material and deduct the noisy, (For adhesive material).

※辅助拉料装置：材料卷出时可以经由马达辅助拉料，节省拉料时间，降低材料损耗。

※Optional Rewind Device: Pick-down lift driven by motor, which can save time and reduce, wasted material.

※基本放料形式：分离式放料机座，放料直径较大。

※Unwind Base: Separated type with hydraulic core chuck can be equipped for efficient and quick Performance on jumbo roll change.

※原料辅助上料：采用油压式动力，适合无行车之车间，可节省人力及缩短上下料时间。

※Unwind Pick-Up Lift: For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.

※放料部减音罩：降低材料卷出时所产生的噪音并可提升工作环境的品质与安全。

※Noise Reduction Hood: For attenuating the production sound when the machine is running.

※耳料处理装置：可选配独立式或连体式排线机卷取废料，另外还有强力风车可适用于无粘性之材料。

※Slitting Device: Able to be equipped with air score knife and trim removable unit for trimming at both sides and wide size slitting.
