英国进口MWA特种钢焊条Mac Trode E606|E312-17|异种钢焊接

Specially designed high strength austenitic type electrode of duplex?structure. All purpose low amperage electrode. Easy to use with smooth?arc, low spatter and even bead formulation. Can be used for overlaying?and joining dissimilar steels to one another, high and low carbon steels,?spring steels, tool and die steels, cast steels, and steels of unknown?composition. High resistance to cracking coupled with good wear, heat,?impact and corrosion resistance.

Storage储存：Electrodes should be stored in dry conditions. Should the electrodes ?become damp, re-dry for one hour at 150°C?before use. 焊条应储存在干燥环境中。如果焊条受潮，应在150°C下重新干燥1小时后再使用。??

使用注意事项：

For best results when using this rod try to keep the arc length as short as possible and keep the weave tight. Put simply keep the bead width within 2.5 times of diameter of the core wire.

为了获得理想效果，在使用这种焊条时，尽量保持弧长尽可能短，并保持编织紧密。简单地说，将焊道宽度保持在焊芯直径的2.5倍以内。
