Rato-S Coupling

 

 

Highly Flexible Couplings            
RATO-S Coupling            
The highly-flexible RATO-S coupling, with segmented elements, features easy assembly and disassembly in the shortest possible installation length.
Torque Applications:
       ?12.5 kNm to 800 kNm
       ? Rigidly and A/V-mounted engines
       ? Ship's main and secondary engines
       ? Generators and PTOs

 

 

 

Rsto-R Coupling

 

 

The RATO-R is designed for high speeds and/or high power density. It offers high levels of tensional flexibility and misalignment capacity.
Torque Applications:

•     2.5 kNm to 270 kNm
•     Rigidly and A/V-mounted engines
•     Ship's main propulsion and auxillary drive
•     Generators and PTOs

 

 

 

 

Rato-DS Coupling

 

 

RATO-DS is compact and weight efficient coupling that offers a high levels of torsional flexibility and medium levels of misalignment capacity.
Torque Applications:

•     6.3 kNm to 100 kNm
•     Ship's main propulsion and auxilliary drives

 

 

 

 

RATO-DG Coupling

 

 

RATO-DG is compact and weight efficient coupling for drivelines requiring a medium level of torsional flexibility and misalignment capacity.
Torque Applications:

•     8.0 kNm to 160 kNm
•     Diesel generator drives
•     Electric Motor Drives

 

 

 

 

Megiflex-B Coupling

 

 

The highly-flexible VULKAN MEGIFLEX-B Couplings are torsion ally flexible with an excellent multi-directional misalignment compensation capacity
Torque Applications:

•     0,01 kNm to 3,125 kNm
•     Single Coupling with flange-shaft or shaft-shaft connection
•     Electric motor drives, compressors, PTO's, pumps and shaft lines
•     Cardan Shaft connections for water jets, fan drives, auxillary engine drives or between an engine and Z-gearbox

 

 

 

 

Vulastik-L Coupling (freestanding)

 

 

Torsion ally flexible rubber coupling, that compensates axial, angular and to a certain degree, radial displacements of the connected machines. Four rubber qualities and silicone are available in order to tune the coupling to the various system requirements.
Torque Applications:

•     0.40 kNm to 25.0 kNm
•     Bell housings on gearboxes or genets

 

 

 

 

Vulastik-L Coupling (bellhouse Installation)

 

 

Torsion ally flexible rubber coupling, that compensates axial, angular and to a certain degree, radial displacements of the connected machines. Four rubber qualities and silicone are available in order to tune the coupling to the various system requirements.

Vulkardan-E Coupling (freestanding)

 

 

The highly-flexible VULKARDAN-E freestanding coupling is used to connect flexibly/ rigidly mounted engines with gearboxes or machinery. It completes the RATO coupling in the lower torque range.
Torque Applications:

•     2.5 kNm to 20.0 kNm
•     Freestanding for A/V mounted engines

 

 

 

 

Vulkardan-E Coupling (Bell Housing Installation)

 

 

The highly-flexible VULKARDAN-E coupling is used to tune the tensional response of the system. It is a coupling with "slip-on" feature and therefore is used mainly in bell-housing installations.
Torque Applications:

•     0.16 kNm to 5.0 kNm
•     Bell housing installations

 

 

 

 

Torflex-Coupling

 

 

The TORFLEX multi-stage coupling with progressive stiffness characteristics is exclusively intended for installation in bell housings.
Torque Applications:

•     0.25 kNm to 1.6 kNm
•     Bell housing installations
•     For engines with flange-connected gearboxes

 

 

 

 

Torflex-HT Coupling

 

 

The TORFLEX-HT single-stage coupling with progressive stiffness characteristics is intended for installation in bell housings. .
Torque Applications:

•     2,5 kNm to 15 kNm
•     Pleasure crafts
•     Work boats

 

 

 

 

Integral Shaft Support

 

 

This design will be fitted in installations where the card and shaft has a large angle of inclination.
Torque Applications:

•     0.16 kNm to 25 kNm
•     A/V-mounted engines
•     Cardan shaft with large angular deflections

 

 

 

 

EZR Coupling

 

 

The highly-flexible EZR coupling can be employed in all those applications where two approximately co-axially rotating machines have to be flexibly connected.
Torque Applications:

•     0.40 kNm to 1300 kNm
•     Diesel engines
•     Electric motor drives
•     Two-bearing generators
•     Compressors, fans, crushers and rolling mills
